How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription." You keep access until the end of your current period.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Contact us at support@cargence.com with your receipt.
Is my data sold to dealers?
Never. We are 100% buyer-funded. We do not share, sell, or expose your data to dealers or third parties.
Do you offer team or fleet accounts?
Yes — contact us for volume pricing if you're managing 5+ vehicles or want fleet-level reporting.
How accurate are your deal scores?
Our real-value estimates are within 3–5% of actual transaction prices for vehicles with sufficient market data (most models 2015+).
